United State is one of many countries that have
fewer laws about guns. People could buy it easily without any requirements.
People would say “to protect themselves” or “for safety” as their reason buying
those dangerous things. Even kids could buy it if they have enough money. However,
some people use this chance to do what they want such as treating by guns,
stealing, or crime exactly. That is why United State has to apply more laws
about guns for three reason; prevent more crime, guns are not for public and
minimize black market or probably something worse will happen.
The first is refers to crime that has been a
nightmare for people in United State. The criminal or doer would do anything to
get what they want such as murder the owner, threat with guns, stealing
precious things and so on. According Washington Post; crime in United States
increasing 5% because many people in that country use gun for the act crime. People
could get guns easily because of there are less laws about selling guns. As we known
kind of guns such as Beretta 9mm and revolver 8mm. Those guns have 12 bullets
for Beretta and 6 for Revolver. In reality, they are dangerous things if it is
fall into such criminal. Those things could blow our head within a second. So,
if they could buy guns easily, I am sure that there will be chaos in every corner
in United State. But some people might disagree about this rules because they
think their more safe if have a gun in his hand. In addition, the government
should concern about this problems immediately. Moreover, terrorism and
vandalism would be the final purposes of criminal. They will mess the city up
with those guns without any mercy.
The second is that guns are not for public.
There are many requirements to have a gun and it is quiet complicated if common
people want to own it. Because, guns are dangerous thing that could endanger
others. People must have skills to control and handle a gun. Started from
assembling, using, controlling and shooting with guns. In many regions in
United State, there a lot of illegal organization that used gun for their
weapon such as Mafia. They work in group of people then someone pay them to do
what the givers want. Therefore, government only used guns for their country
and civilization defense toward any threat as example military and police. But
it is wrong, equipped by guns in order to protect their country or even city
for safety it is just people reason for them to having a gun and use it fir the
crime and this is very dangerous for another citizen. In addition, they are
dedicated people who have trained to use guns properly. Thus, common people
should not allowed to have their own guns because they are not be able to use
guns in proper way.
The last is that to minimize black
market selling in United State. We know that everyone would do anything to get
money even they do it in a bad way. Black market is one of the popular illegal businesses
in this country. They sell anything without any tax which made it cheaper than
usual. Thus, people prefer to buy anything in a black market than in a store.
By applying more regulation about guns, it probably minimizes the number of
guns owner. Government could set in jail for the people who sell guns. Therefore,
it would make people reluctant to do such things. Also, if it could decrease
the number of the owner of guns it probably could decrease the number of crime
too.
To summarize, guns are dangerous things if it
is used by wrong people. If people want to protect themselves, they could join
karate, mua thai, pencak silat or something else. Because guns is only use for police
officer and government who use it for duty. Therefore, United State has to make
more laws about guns.
