A healthy hobby

        Hobby is an activity done regularly or routine that someone doing for pleasure. All people has any kind of  hobbies. Mostly their hobbies are different depend on their interest. Hobby can be dangerous and can be fun. For example if someone who has hobby is swimming. This is can be dangerous if someone who can not swim. But for someone who can swim, this is fun and also challenging. However, someone who has hobby is swimming, they get at least benefits of swimming.
    The first thing is swimming can make the body healthy. When swimming we use all of part in our body to stay float on the water. We use our hand and leg to move. We can use breaststroke to make our body more relax. Breaststroke is similar as frog when swimming. We can see the hand, leg, and head. It is pretty difficult, but after swimming by using breaststroke our body feel easy and our muscle become flexible.
    Then, the second is swimming can increase our height. Many people increase their height by swim. When we swim, we always use our leg to move. For example, we use our hand to hold out at the edge of swimming pool and then we move our leg. It will make the bone of our legs increase. Do it relaxly, slow but sure.
    The last thing is swimming can reduce our stress. When we feel stressful, we need to solve our mind. Swimming is an activity that can refresh our mind. Why should swimming ? because swimming, our body should relax, comfort, and not rigid. Not only our body, but we can feel the freshness of water and we can use breaststroke to make our muscle more flexible.
    In fact, someone who has a hobby is swimming, they can feel fun and get benefits such as body healthy, increase the height, and also can reduce the stress.
