Health with Mineral Water, Why Not?

           Nowadays many diseases come from everywhere. A many ways to prevent it and make our body healthy. One of them is drinking mineral water. In my opinion, there are 3 advantages a drink mineral water; preventing diseases, increasing brain function, and making skin healthier.
The first advantageous of mineral water is make our skin healthier. Drinking 2 liter mineral water a day can release poison in our body which one could block our skin pore. if that happen it will make our skin and our face acne and looks old, but if we drinking a lot of mineral water will make our skin more smooth.  According World Health Organization (WHO) drinking 2 liter mineral water a day and doing exercise  15 minutes a day can helps our skin healthier and make our face looks fresh.
The second advantage is increasing brain function. Drinking 2 liter mineral water a day can make our mind more clearly. According study in London, found if we drink 2 liter or more mineral water can make expedite blood pressure to our brain and those thing can increase our brain function, because with drinking a lot mineral water make stimulus in our brain work more stabile and can think clearly. In other words, drinking mineral water can make us smart.
The last advantage of mineral water is preventing disease. Drinks 2 liter or more mineral water a day, can make our looks fresh and preventing chronic disease; stroke and cancer. Drinks mineral water can release poison and increase metabolism in our body.
To summarize, mineral water has many advantage for our body; it can preventing disease, increase brain function and make our skin healthier. So, drink mineral water every day and feel the differences.
