Is it a Must to Wear a Uniform?

In general, each school has its rules and requires students to wear school uniforms. But, there are also schools that provide the freedom to wear any clothes. Actually, there are pros and cons to wearing a school uniform. Some people think that wearing a uniform can decrease conflicts and also as a preparation for life in the future. However, in my opinion wearing a uniform is inhibiting the student’s learning and creativity, and also can make students become rebellious.
The first reason is that it reduces the number of social conflicts at school. Students who are not able to follow the latest fashion trends often become a source of joke by others. They are treated as pariahs by others and cannot adapt because they are not confident with their outdate style. Such a situation could have an impact on their lives in the long-term. They will to starting become antisocial and hate others. By being antisocial, it means that they are alone, they will not become a source of joke by others because they feel ashamed and their clothes are outdate. It will lead to criminal act, like murder, slavery, etc. It because they want to stop their pain for being a joke by others. Second, wearing school uniforms can be a preparation for students in the future. Chances are that when working in the organization as an adult, the student will be expected to work with a formal attire. It would be easier for them to make this transition if they are already accustomed to wearing a formal uniform at school. So, it is better for students to wear a uniform in school because of those two reasons.
As you can see, it is necessary to wear a school uniform. However, as it is said that there are two sides of a coin: there are some disadvantages to wear school uniforms as well. First, it because wearing a school uniform is killing the creativity and imagination of students. The rules make the students unable to express their creativity and imagination on the way they dress. There is no space left for any kind of experiment and freedom. It can be detrimental to the progress and changes in society in the long-term. Some students may not feel comfortable dressed in a school uniform. The reasons that they want to dress in casual clothes when they learn. Second, it is because generally students are more set to dress in a certain way. The more pressure the rebellious they will be. It is common that children have a main set like that. They want to try something new, because they are curious about the new things around them. By giving them the freedom to dress up, it means that the school really give the students responsibility to choose an appropriate clothing.
Responsible freedom is the message that must be given to the students. Students should be allowed to wear clothes of their choice. But, they should obey the rule when they are at school. They must be understand that school is a place of learning and not a fashion parade. Students may dress in their own way outside the school.
