Drinking
mineral water is important for our body. It can make our body healthy. At least
we need to drink eight glasses of water in a day. In fact, many people drink
water when they feel thirsty. Besides, the people feel lazy to drink water
because of cold weather in their live. According to the research from Japan,
Masaru Emoto, Sc.D., the water is life that can be respond positive. Therefore,
there are three benefits of drinking water; protect our health, prevent headache,
and keep concentration.
The
first benefit of drinking water mineral water protects our health. The people
who always drink water more than five glass a day, the death possibility is
decrease 41 % than people only drink less that two glasses a day. Besides, the
behavior of drinking water more than five glasses water a day can be decrease
the risk of cancer. The body has enough water can decrease 45% of colon cancer,
50% of bladder cancer, and also breast cancer because the molecule of mineral
water can kill battery in our body.
The
second benefit prevents headaches. According to researcher from the University
of Maastricht, Holland, drinking seven glasses of mineral water can relive
headaches. In the pilot study of mineral water, the people who drink 1.5 liter
of mineral water can relive the headaches until 21 hours because a the mineral
water can supply oxygen to the brain that can decrease the headache. Thus, the
better thing is drinking mineral water rather than consume the drugs.
The
third, to keep our concentration. Dehydration is the primary cause of exhaust
all day long. Drinking mineral water can prevent from getting dehydration.
According to the researcher, dehydration which is decrease two percent can lead
to short-term memory problems. Besides, we hard to concentrate if we study or
work because the mineral water can supply oxygen to the brain, it can make the
brain still can be concentrate.
In
the shell nut, have a lot of drinking mineral water is important for our body.
The benefit of drinking mineral water is protecting our health, the second
prevents headaches, and the third is to keep our concentration. Thus, we should
keep to drink of mineral water at least eight glasses in order that we keep on
healthy.
