A Simple Activity with Some More Benefits

          Most of people consider that taking a nap has no advantages. Indeed, they believe that taking a nap is dangerous for their health. In some cases, they think of finishing their works as soon as possible than taking a nap; or perhaps they tend to play games, have fun with their gadgets, and other pleasure things. They do not know that those activities waste their energy as well. Nonetheless, taking a nap is an important activity in our lives since it is a relaxation process after doing so many activities in or daily lives. This could be due to the fact that taking a nap helps relax our strained nerves caused by the activities we performed. Furthermore, taking a nap brings at least three advantages for our health, beauty, and brain.
Firstly, taking a nap increases our bodies’ health.  Based on research conducted by Dr. Sara Mednick on a study of taking a nap, those who lack of taking a nap have more cortisole hormones in their bodies. This stress hormone helps us response our bodies. When our bodes produce more cortisole hormones meaning that we tolerate glucoses and fats to weaken our immune systems. Decreasing the number of growth and testosterone hormone helps us prevent this bad impact of cortisole hormones. Moreover, excess of cortisole hormones causes diabetes and heart disease. Hence, taking a nap is so important in terms of keep our bodies healthy and prevent from some diseases.
Secondly, taking a nap regularly helps rejuvenate skins. This could be due to the fact that taking a nap reliefs our stress affecting our skins health. Less stress on mind makes our skins fresher and keeps ourselves look young for we less stress as our bodies are able to change the growth hormone with the new one easily. This new hormone produces new cells which are able to rejuvenate our skins. We can differentiate those who take a nap regularly from those who do not. Those who do not take a nap regularly look pallid, older, and have more wrinkles since our bodies do not have time to loose and change our growth hormones. Thus, if you want to stay beautiful and young despite having so many works, tasks, and activities, taking a nap is the best solution; without going to a beautician you will get your natural beauty.
The last but not the least, it is certainly true that taking a nap increases our brain performance. It improves our memory. Research on 2008 shows that taking a nap for 45 minutes increases our memory as when we are taking a nap our brain are recording every single thing happened to us before taking a nap, especially, the knowledge what we have learnt before taking a nap.  It is a good solution to strengthen our memory; especially for those who are getting older as the older we are, the less our memory to remember the past and remember more information we get.
To sum up, taking a nap is a simple activity with many benefits as I have mentioned three of them are giving benefits for our health, beauty, and brain. Therefore, it is essential take a nap regularly. Taking a nap for at least 30 minutes helps us get ready to do our activities, increase our health, and brain performance. So, what are you waiting for? Please kindly take some of your times to have taking a nap. Have a nice take a nap.
